Salesforce Public Sector Solutions partner
Salesforce for public sector agencies
Configuration first, on the platform government is standardizing on.
ReDEFY builds Salesforce implementations for government agencies on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions: licensing, permitting, inspections, case management, and grants. ReDEFY configures a working environment for your agency before the first conversation. The accelerator is free. The consulting is paid. ReDEFY is a consulting firm, not an ISV.
Definition
What is Salesforce Public Sector Solutions?
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is Salesforce’s purpose-built platform for government. It ships a prebuilt data model and process framework for licensing, permits, inspections, case management, and grants, so an agency configures rather than custom-builds those objects from a sales platform.
Because it is configuration on a platform, a regulatory change is absorbed by agency staff in days rather than waiting on a vendor release cycle. Agentforce runs inside the same platform and the same permission model as the record it acts on, which is what makes governed AI auditable.
Why now
Why are agencies modernizing now?
Three forces are moving at once. Each one below carries a named source and a date, because government buyers verify before they engage.
More is being asked of agencies with less to work with
For fiscal 2027, thirteen states reported projected budget gaps totaling 26.3 billion dollars before incorporating their governors’ balancing recommendations, and recommended general fund spending growth is essentially flat at 0.6 percent. Agencies are absorbing new mandates and rising constituent volume without a matching budget line, which makes a multi-year systems program hard to defend.

AI adoption is now an expectation, and it has to be auditable
Artificial intelligence ranked first among state CIO priorities for the first time in the twenty-year history of the survey, ending a twelve year run at the top for cybersecurity. The framing is governance, security and privacy, data quality, and ethical use, which means agencies are being asked to adopt AI and to prove how it is controlled at the same time.

Salesforce is where government is standardizing
Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau Next achieved FedRAMP High authorization, uniting AI agents, applications, and data for public sector organizations on one authorized platform. For an agency, that turns a platform decision into an inherited compliance posture rather than a program the agency has to fund and shepherd itself.

Salesforce is not the expensive part. The traditional consulting delivery model is. Agencies do not have a platform problem. They have a delivery problem.
Multi-year timelines, discovery phases that restate what the agency already knows, and blended rate cards built on junior benches. ReDEFY was built to remove that layer, not to argue about the platform underneath it.
The differentiator
What is a ReDEFY accelerator, and what does it cost?
Before the first meeting, ReDEFY builds a working Salesforce environment configured for the specific agency. Not a slide deck and not a generic sandbox. A configured environment the agency team can log into, mapped to its programs and its current system extract, built from public information, procurement records, and what ReDEFY has learned delivering for agencies doing the same work.
The accelerator is free. It is built at ReDEFY’s cost, before an engagement exists, and the agency reviews it with no obligation. The consulting services are paid. ReDEFY is a consulting firm, not an ISV, so there is no license to buy.
The reason the model works is that it is verifiable on the way in. Any firm can describe a delivery methodology. If the accelerator built for your agency is not credible, the conversation ends and it has cost the agency nothing. Day one of an engagement starts in implementation rather than discovery, because the discovery already happened.
Mapped to that agency’s programs. Staff log in and click through it.

Programs
Which programs does ReDEFY build?
ReDEFY builds by program and workload rather than by agency type.
How it runs
What does the delivery model look like?
ReDEFY builds before the first meeting
Public information, procurement records, and prior delivery experience become a configured environment for the specific agency.
The agency reviews a working system
Log in, click through the programs, say what is wrong. That conversation replaces a discovery phase.
Delivery starts at implementation
A senior team extends the accelerator into the agency’s environment, with validation running ahead of production.
The agency owns it
Configuration on the platform, documented as the work proceeds, in a system agency staff can run without ReDEFY.
Compliance and security
What compliance standards apply, and who holds them?
Salesforce Government Cloud carries FedRAMP High authorization, and the products agency programs run on, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, carry that authorization as of June 2025. An agency inherits a platform that has already been through the authorization process rather than funding one that has not.
ReDEFY delivers to those standards and deploys to the environment the agency’s requirements call for, so the security and compliance posture is designed in from the first architecture session rather than remediated later. Accessibility is treated the same way: Section 508 and WCAG requirements shape portal and flow design rather than becoming a post-launch fix. Records retention schedules and public records obligations are configuration inputs, not paperwork.
ReDEFY is a consulting firm, and FedRAMP does not authorize consulting firms.
FedRAMP authorizes cloud service offerings. The authorization belongs to the platform. What ReDEFY brings is the practice of delivering inside it. Any firm that describes itself as FedRAMP authorized is claiming something the program does not issue.

The platform
Which Salesforce products handle agency work?
Agency programs run on named Salesforce products rather than on custom code. These are the ones ReDEFY configures most often for government work.
Public Sector Solutions
Provides the prebuilt data model and processes for licensing, permits, inspections, case management, and grants.
Licenses, Permits, and Inspections
Handles application intake, review routing, fee calculation, inspection scheduling, and issuance as native objects rather than a custom build.
Grants Management
Runs the lifecycle from notice of funding opportunity through scoring, award, disbursement, and subrecipient reporting.
Agentforce and Agentforce Voice
Run governed AI agents and constituent contact inside the same platform and permission model as the system of record, which is what makes the AI auditable.
OmniStudio
Assembles the guided intake flows constituents actually complete.
Experience Cloud
Delivers constituent portals and public transparency disclosures with configurable controls.
Salesforce Field Service
Extends scheduling, work orders, service territories, and mobile capture to inspectors working offline in the field.
Data Cloud
Unifies constituent records across programs, so a resident holding a license, an open permit, and an active case appears as one record.
Governed AI
How does Agentforce work inside an agency?
Agentforce agents run inside Salesforce, under the same permission model, audit trail, and data controls as the record they act on. That is the whole answer to the governance question, and it is why agencies evaluating AI keep arriving at platform-native agents rather than a separate tool bolted alongside the system of record.
Routine constituent contact gets absorbed
Status, eligibility, scheduling, and process questions, answered from the actual record at any hour.
Staff work gets drafted rather than authored
A first-draft inspection narrative generated from field notes and prior inspections, grounded in the agency’s own classifications.
Nothing publishes without a human signature
The inspector edits and approves, and the agent cites the record it drew from.
Timeline
How long does an implementation take?
ReDEFY builds a working environment before an engagement starts, which removes the discovery phase. Delivery begins in implementation. A narrow-scope program, one permit type or one intake flow, can move to production in weeks. A multi-program implementation with data migration and state-system integration runs three to six months.
The timeline is a function of four things: the number of programs in scope, the volume and complexity of legacy data, the number of external integrations, and the agency’s compliance posture. The accelerator makes the early part of that conversation concrete, because the agency reviews a configured system rather than a project plan.
Number of programs in scope
A single permit type is faster than six unified programs, and the accelerator makes the answer concrete before a contract.
Legacy system scope
A system that holds ten years of inspection records in a custom schema takes longer to extract, validate, and migrate than a clean start.
Integration surface
Bidirectional sync with a state reporting system like CERS adds engineering and certification time that a standalone deployment does not carry.
Compliance posture
An agency requiring a full FedRAMP inheritance review or CJIS audit adds documentation and review cycles that a standard deployment absorbs more quickly.
Delivery
How does ReDEFY deliver?
Senior consulting teams, not a staffing pyramid. The team that scopes the work is the team that builds it, validates it, and hands it over. No analyst layer between the agency and the people writing the configuration.
ReDEFY does not sell hours and does not optimize for utilization rate. The work is scoped, priced, and delivered against an outcome the agency can verify in the system.
Founding team
The founding team has delivered Salesforce for government at national scale: the largest public sector Salesforce implementations in the United States, under regulated timelines, for oversight agencies, in FedRAMP High environments.
Delivery principals
Every team member is a senior consultant or architect. ReDEFY does not have a bench of juniors behind the people who showed up to the proposal.
Who is ReDEFY
Founded by the team behind the number one ranked Salesforce partner in Public Sector.
ReDEFY is not pitching a methodology from a slide deck. The founding team built and led the practice that Salesforce ranked first in Public Sector. The accelerator model exists because that team has already delivered the pattern your agency is considering, and can build a credible starting point before an engagement exists.
FAQ
Questions agencies ask before they engage
Yes. ReDEFY is a consulting firm, not a license reseller. Salesforce licenses are contracted directly with Salesforce or through an authorized reseller. ReDEFY configures and delivers on the platform the agency has licensed.
A demo shows generic capability. The accelerator is configured for the specific agency: mapped to its programs, its permit types, and its regulatory requirements. Agency staff log in and interact with a system that reflects their work, before an engagement exists.
ReDEFY extracts, maps, validates, and loads historical records from the legacy system into the Salesforce environment. The process runs in parallel with the build, and every record is validated against source before cutover.
Yes. ReDEFY has delivered bidirectional integrations with state environmental reporting systems, federal grant reporting platforms, and agency-specific data exchanges. Integration scope is one of the four drivers of timeline.
The delivery model applies to any agency workload with an application, a review, and a decision. Name the program in the briefing form, and it becomes an input to what gets built next.
The accelerator is free. Consulting is priced by scope and outcome, not by the hour. ReDEFY does not publish a rate card and does not optimize for utilization rate. The agency receives a fixed price for a defined deliverable.
